I also disapprove of rape as an instrument of war.

Thanks for drawing our attention to it. It’s pretty ugly reading. We will look into it.
Off the bat, whenever Israelis are suspecting of acting badly, then usually there is an investigation. Then it comes down to the strength of the evidence. For example, the recent killing of ambulance workers was investigated and the commanding officer involved faced repercussions.
It might take a week or two though.
