JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel’s Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a legal challenge to the military’s rules on when soldiers can fire their weapons amid weeks of violent protests that have killed dozens of Palestinians on the border with Gaza.
Six human rights groups had asked the court to declare as unlawful any regulations that allow soldiers to open fire at unarmed civilians.
But in its unanimous ruling, the court sided with the Israeli military, which argued that the protests were taking place in the context of a long-running armed conflict with the Islamic militant group Hamas which rules Gaza and that weapons-use regulations are subject to the rules of armed conflict. Such rules provide greater leeway for the use of lethal force than those governing law enforcement practices.
It is an interesting country that allows it’s Military free range to conduct Terrorism on a Seperation Fence.
Because that is what happened on the Gaza fence over the last 8 weeks.
Some people will point out that some Hamas operatives wer shot.
But I will point out that only 50 out of the 5,500 who were shot were Hamas. That is LESS THAN ONE Percent of the people shot.
That means that more than 99% of the people Deliberately shot by Israeli SNIPERS were Unarmed Civilian Protesters.
Now. Lets take a look at a few examples approved by Israeli Courts.
An Israel SNIPER shot an 82 year old man talking to journalists 200 meters from the Seperation fence. The Israeli Courts have decided that shooting elderly men hundreds of meters from the fence is APPROVED.
Lets consider the Palestinian man who was at Prayer that was shot by an Israeli SNIPER. One could consider a Muslim shooting a Jew while he was at Prayer would be a Hate Crime. But the reverse, a Jew shooting a Muslim at Prayer is approved by Israeli Courts.
My last example is the woman holding the Palestinian Flag who was shot. it seems as if the Israeli Courts have approved of shooting people while holding Palestinian Flags. That is the take out from the Israeli Court Declaration.
All of these actions were in an attempt to stop Palestinians in Gaza from Protesting. None of these can be described as Defending Israel from Military agression. Which makes the action fo shooting Unarmed Civilian Protesters a “POLITICAL ACT”.
Why is that important to note.
Because of the Definitin of Terrorism – “the UNLAWFUL use of VIOLENCE and intimidation, especially against CIVILIANS, in the pursuit of POLITICAL AIMS”
One has to ask 4 questions.
1) Is shooting Unarmed Civilian protesters Legal? – it is NOT even if an Israeli Court believes it is (UNLAWFUL)
2) Was the Shooting Violence – Yes (VIOLENCE)
2) Were the people protesting Civilians – Yes (CIVILIANS)
3) Was the shooting carried out by Israel to try to disuade the peopel of Gaza from Protesting – Yes (POLITICAL AIMS)?
So. Adding it all up, Israel carried out Terrorism over the last 8 weeks on the Gaza border.
And the courts of Israel have deemed that very Terrorism is OK for the state of Israel.
That means, Israel is a Terrorist Statde.
Now I know that people are going to come along and hurl insults and try to divert peoples attention from the question of Terriorism.
But that speaks volumes about their attitude towards the people of Gaza. An attitude which they need to consider and wonder if it is based on Racism or Racial Superioriy. . .
