Earlier today, we shared an insightful article by J P Pagano published on Forward. His article gave rise to our quote of the day, and is worthy of particular attention:
We live in a time of hateful rhapsody where truth is relative and fear prevails.
This is a conspiracist moment and it’s bad for the Jews.

It is interesting when you read the link.
In it you will find the following:
“Above all else, anti-Semitism is a conspiracy theory about the maleficent Jewish elite. And it’s this that makes it easy to disguise as a politics of liberation, or, at least, to embed anti-Semitism quietly in efforts for social justice.
This is a subtle attempt to suggest that people who fight for Liberation or Social Justice for Palestinians are somehow Anti-Semitic. . .
So. As usual, zionism seems to be trying to falsely accuse people who oppose the Policies and Actions of zionism/Israel and people who push for EQUAL Human Rights for all peoples, Jews and Non Jews, in Palestine/Israel are somehow anti-Semites. Very subtle as it is as set out above. . .
eg Policy – Blocking Palestinians passage past checkpoints after hours
Actions – Blocking Pregnant Palestinian women passage past checkpoints after hours leading to 5 womens deaths and 35 Babies deaths in a 7 year period.
zionists I have come across have tried to have these facts denigrated when Every Decent Human Being should be calling for Israel to stop the “Policy and Actions” which leads to Infanticide in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. A Policy which could have been stopped within days of the first death occurring. A Policy which goes directly against the 4th Geneva Convention Article 16 – “The wounded and sick, as well as the infirm, and EXPECTANT MOTHERS, shall be the object of particular PROTECTION and RESPECT.”
I would like to suggest that the NZFOI is more careful in Reading and Vetting the articles it references so as not to give the carefully nuanced dishonest accusations that are made within them oxygen.
The debate can be had with Honesty.
In our opinion, he is not discrediting all efforts for social justice in the Middle East. It is not the main thrust of his article. His key message is that Anti-Semitism is fuelled by conspiracy theories and thus it is recast as a war against power abuse rather than a belief system based on ethnic prejudice and intolerance; many of our viewers may not have considered this perspective before, therefore we stand by our decision to draw our website viewers to this article.

So you say, but I’ve noticed you’ve made a number of comments on this website, and with something that is as complex as the Middle East, I can’t imagine that the Pallies haven’t done anything wrong;
So if you are really pushing for equal human rights for all pples, how come I haven’t seen you accuse the Arabs of doing one thing wrong?
It all looks like one way traffic to me, when I see what you are writing. Show me that you mean what you say.
